This initiative was launched with a clear mission: to empower women in the energy sector, fostering leadership, innovation, and career growth while working towards greater gender balance in decision-making roles.
Why the Women Mentoring Program Matters
The energy sector, like many STEM fields, has long struggled with gender disparities, particularly in leadership positions. Our Women Mentoring Program was designed to:
