COST Connect Event - Energy

PEN@Hydropower participated in a COST Connect Event organised by COST Association - European Cooperation in Science and Technology in Brussels.

The theme, Connecting the energy research landscape: leveraging networks for future solutions, brought together multiple COST Actions working in the field of energy, including TRANSMIT, NEXUSNET Cost Action, HI-SCALE, MODENERLANDS, WIRE COST Action, FOLIAGE AND PED-EU_NET.

Thanks to Dr. Eduard Doujak from Technische Universität Wien in presenting the network on sustainable hydropower and sharing insights on how hydropower can integrate with other renewable energy sources and provide flexibility to the grid. Great conversations with other COST Actions and their activities in this field and an opportunity to share ideas for future collaboration.
