The session commenced with Jóhanna Hlín Auðunsdóttir captivating the audience as she delved into the wealth of experience held by local operator Landsvirkjun, shedding light on sustainability aspects, stakeholder inclusion, environmental management, technologies, the evolving landscape of energy transition, and the pivotal role of hydropower.

Following this illuminating presentation, MC members engaged in breakout groups expertly facilitated by Elena Vagnoni, Lee Estrellado, and Emanuele Quaranta.
